I wanted to rejuvenate my skin and have fat decreased in my Lower JOWLS but also, 
I discussed my red, swollen, broken out face with Dr. Lynda Kelley. The skin was irritated and with cyst like pimples. Though I had been diagnosed with Rosacea in the past, treatments failed to work. 

Dr. Kelley suggested MICRO-NEEDLING growth factors and CARBOXYTHERAPY. 

Both treatments are minimally invasive treatments that help restore and recondition the skin. Numbing cream is applied before the process, thus the process is pretty much painless.

Micro-needling involves tiny needles grouped together that penetrate the skin. This causes the body to stimulate its healing ability to regenerate the skin and it also stimulates collagen growth. (Dr. Kelley has a hand held machine wherein she can adjust the length of the needles and the speed.). During the process, Dr. Kelley applied Growth factors to help sooth and heal the skin. Carboxytherapy involves injecting small amounts of Carbon dioxide (CO2) at various places underneath the skin. This process not only stimulates collagen production, but also helps breakup fat deposits. 

I am attaching two photos. The before photo taken in Dr. Kelley's office shows redness and inflammation (Though it might not show the extent of the redness and inflammation). Also, take note of my fat lower JOWLS. Carboxytherapy assists with breaking down fat and cellulite. The second photo is from my cell phone taken the next morning. The redness and inflammation has decreased tremendously. And, again, take note of my lower JOWLS.
